Aftermarket, Inc. is a domain marketplace and monetization service provider that fully respects the intellectual property rights of others. As a prerequisite to enrolling in and/or using Aftermarket's services, all Aftermarket clients must agree to abide and be bound by the Aftermarket.com User Agreement and the Aftermarket Domain Management Services Agreement, which strictly prohibits utilizing the Aftermarket service in a manner that infringes in any way upon the trademark, copyright and/or intellectual property rights of any third party individual or entity.
Aftermarket fully complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) to ensure all copyright infringement claims are adequately and expeditiously addressed. If you believe any element on any website utilizing the Aftermarket service infringes upon your copyright or the copyright of the entity you are authorized to act on behalf of, please contact Aftermarket's designated agent and provide the following:
1. a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or its duly authorized agent;
2. identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
3. identification of the infringing material to be removed, and information reasonably sufficient to permit Aftermarket to locate the material, including but not limited to the Web address where the material may be found;
4. information reasonably sufficient to permit Aftermarket to contact the copyright owner, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an email address at which the copyright owner may be contacted;
5. a statement that the copyright holder has a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright, owner, its agent or the law; and
6. a statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
Upon receipt and review of the above information, Aftermarket may act expeditiously to remove, or disable access to, the material. That is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity. Please be aware that any person who knowingly materially misrepresents any of the information above may be liable for any damages, including costs and attorney fees, incurred by Aftermarket as a result of Aftermarket relying upon such misrepresentation in removing or disabling access to the material or activity claimed to be infringing.
